There have been several ladies that have had issues with the taste of EnerFood. Only the taste, they love the results. So they search on for the perfect way to take it without the ‘taste’.
Several suggestions of note: Grape juice, seems to hide the taste pretty effectively. Also, chocolate milk shakes (thank you Leah Lewis) will ‘hide’ taste. Of note here is that most of these ladies admit that after some time, several months or longer perhaps, these taste issues will fade as you body and taste buds react and become accustomed to EnerFood.
At the end of the day, most admit that truly the benefits to the body far out weigh the negatives associated with taste.
For us here at EnerHealth Botanicals we feel you should just find a way. Remember there are no rules here. Mix it however you can (we even have one teen girl who just puts in in her mouth as a powder chews and swallows with some water–not highly recommended) but do try it! The results over the past 3 years have been nothing short of phenomenal! The reports have surprised us! We knew when we made the formula that it was really good, we just had no idea of the changes it has brought to some individuals and their families!
