Arnica...

The tincture of Arnica (Arnica montana) is very usefull in treating any kind of pain and/or inflamation of the skin, especially bumps or bruises. This tincture is great for bruising, and sprains. As a plant, we use both the root and the flower, although most commonly the flowers. The tincture can be applied directly to the skin, however you may want to dilute it if have particularly sensitive skin. It is by far the best bruise healer I have used.

It should NOT BE TAKEN INTERNALLY! Taken internally, Arnica is potentially toxic and can cause blistering of the intestinal mucosa.
